Join Beavers Northwest and Jon Hall, an expert on Pacific Northwest fungi from the Puget Sound Mycological Society! Explore the wetlands of Magnuson Park and its resident beavers. Fall offers a great chance to see the dams, lodge, and other works of beavers in the area! Also learn about many types of fungi that reside near wetlands.

​Explore and identify signs of beaver activity in addition to learning all about birds and aquatic insects! Have fun using binoculars, identifcation guides, and sampling pond water. Join us and the Seattle Audubon Society.

​Upcoming events and beaver walks will take place at Magnuson Park in partnership with the Magnuson Children's Garden and Seattle Audubon Society.

​Walks are about 1.5 hours and totally FREE! We hope to see you!
